Ventilometry presented at ERS Congress 2019 in Madrid

Aqsitania presents its new technology of assessment of the respiratory function, the “Ventilometry”, a cuting-edge innovation that extracts new information from rest breathing, at the ERS congress 2019 in Madrid, the world meeting of the pneumology sector!

Come and attend the presentation on 1st October 2019 entitled “Ventilometry: a new assessment of respiratory function based on tidal breathing”, authors P. Hanusse, P. Laveneziana, C. Straus, P. O. Girodet, P. Berger, T. Similowski, taking place during the session named “Lung function and respiratory muscle testing” from 10:45 to 12:45, room RETIRO. This work is carried out in collaboration with clinicians from the University Paris-Sorbonne, APHP, Hôpital de la Pitié-Salpêtrière and the University of Bordeaux, University Hospital.

Personal Ventilometry presented at Paris Healthcare Week / HIT 2018 congress

Come to try Ventilometry, a real novelty in the evaluation of respiratory function, at Paris Healthcare Week / HIT 2018 congress!

This technological breakthrough allows us to offer a soft, simple test, without danger and accessible to all, allowing to track easily the stability of one’s respiratory state.

Ventilometry is already used by several French University Hospitals and becomes open to the public thanks to the mobile version Ventilosmart.

We shall be present at Paris Healthcare Week / HIT 2018, Paris Porte-de-Versailles, lobby 7/2, booth O38, from 29 till 31 May 2018.

See you soon!

Aqsitania presents its technology at ERS 2014 Conference, Munich, Germany

Aqsitania presented results obtained in a study carried out in conjunction with the Pulmonology department of the La Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital in Paris, France, during a session at the European Respiratory Society (ERS) conference in Munich in September 2014 that attracted a lot of attention.

The results presented are from a study using Aqsitania analysis technology applied to respiratory signal COPD patients before and after the use of bronchodilators, proving the ability of this new type of investigation to extract information with high medical value!

“Morpho-mathematic biomarkers of bronchodilators’ response in COPD patients during resting spontaneous breathing”, P. Laveneziana, Ch. Strauss, T. Similowski, P. Hanusse.

No doubt this presentation will be remembered as a milestone in signal analysis technology!

Aqsitania’s respiratory signal analysis technology presented at two major medical conferences.

  • 18th SPLF conference (pulmonology), Marseille, France, Jan. 31- Feb. 2, 2014. “Biomarqueurs morpho-mathématiques de la réponse aux bronchodilatateurs en ventilation spontanée au cours de la BPCO”
    P. Hanusse, P. Laveneziana, C. Straus, T. Similowski
  • 42nd SRLF conference (reanimation), Paris, Jan. 15-17, 2014. “Intérêt de l’analyse morpho-mathématique du débit et de la pression pour l’identification des situations à risque de dyspnée sous ventilation assistée”
    P. Hanusse, F. Kindler, M. Raux, A. Duguet, A. Demoule, T. Similowski
